well the voting is not yet over that's why the delay

they have less the 51% for proposal 3 needed - with 17% of votes not yet voted

they are therefore delaying the vote to July 14 to attempt to get a piece of the 17% to win

they still can get it - I don't know who those 17% are out there and what they will do

its out of my control what they will do


the solicitors however I am sure are calling them day and night until July 14
