Nope wrong it was 2m. If pmcb chooses to reach the milestones set in the contract then they gotta pay the amounts listed. If pmcb chooses to do nothing except taunt investors with CIAB to collect a paycheck they pay 0 additional $. Seems to me pmcb chose the latter.
