Charts and technical analysis are useless in OTC. ETBI is nothing but a pump and dump, it runs on hype. Its clear by the lack of volume that a run is not going to take place without a PROMO or awareness campaign.

ETBI is is an oversold condition. Bottom is currently holding.
RSI bottom divergence is present which often precedes a rally by days to weeks. Also on the weekly chart RSI is seriously oversold. Interesting is the Williams %R is now showing a bottom divergence.

I believe a rally is imminent.
