ETBI is is an oversold condition. Bottom is currently holding.
RSI bottom divergence is present which often precedes a rally by days to weeks. Also on the weekly chart RSI is seriously oversold. Interesting is the Williams %R is now showing a bottom divergence.

I believe a rally is imminent.
