Sounds like the same. Irene is just now informing people the management has taken over and it is in their hands now. New management is probably trying to finalize a few other things before getting to correspondence which sounds understandable. At least sounds like we might get the PRs very soon of the new management update. The shares part can still happen with all of this too I think.
