Mr. Jenkins has had an investment in EVSV for quite some time already, so I'm sure he's had a chance to see how Trina runs his business. Just because the stock price does not fluctuate consistently, doesn't mean it reflects what EVSV is doing in the "real" world. It only sounds farfetched if you don't believe in a small business progressing into something bigger than it currently is. I think Mr. Jenkins is aware of EVSV's potential, hence why the JV even exists. And hence why he is not interested in selling his personal investment in the Company.
