Could this be some type of clue?

... (other than dividends or distributions made in connection with the Company’s liquidation, dissolution or winding-up or upon a merger, consolidation or sale, conveyance, transfer, lease or other disposition resulting in a change in the conversion consideration ...



Could something be up their sleeves or in the works that may affect the conversion rate?

It's not like IDCC to issue a press release for just because they have nothing to do!
