Issued stock is not revenue in any way shape or form, nor is it debt, it's equity. WTF are you talking about??? I am sorry, you are a victim! When it is used for compensation it is an expense, a non cash expense, however it is still an expense and reduces profit. ETST is not profitable! The doctor that is running this may have credentials, but for Christ sake hire an accountant.

And your statement that when investors buy restricted stock it affects net profit is crazy, it doesn't even hit the income statement at all, it's a balance sheet transaction.

This is crazy, I really hope these are only your thoughts and not those of the company, the statement you made is too dumb to be fraud, it's the highest form of lack of knowledge there can be.

Companies need smart investors just as much as they need a solid business plan and execution. This company is doomed to fail!!!
