Nobody likes dilution, but if you take over a trainwreck of a company and you need to get it back on track, sometimes inconvenient decisions like equity financing and R/S have to be made. APRI was on the verge of calling it quits before Damaj came on board. They were totally cash deprived (IIRC less then 500k cash) and debt financing would have likely given them the deathblow (had they found anyone willing to give them a loan).

In light of this situation, I find the criticism on equity financing and dilution falls short. I also yet have to see evidence that the amount of equity financing and dilution were anything out of the extraordinary under Damaj.

I'm not going to say anything about Damaj and INNV. This discussion shall be focused on his past which has been time and time again presented on this board as being a nightmare of dilution, mismanagement and shady business practises. None of that seems to be true based on the facts presented thus far.
