I asked yesterday about the current float and outstanding. I normally receive this data in less than 60 minutes. I have not had a response from the company and maybe it's just a busy time but just making me wonder if the outstanding hasn't gone from 103 mill to 113 mill or higher already or the float growing from 23 mill to 25 mill ?

Not sure.

Hopefully I get an answer so I can share with everyone.

VNDM on ask right now is not a good thing and my theory may be correct.
