So no disclosure filings means no Form D?
But it was made public yesterday, so the Form D has been filed, means they must disclose docu required by the Form D filing.
I really can't see how this Form D is legit w/o meeting or fulfilling the 505 criteria, which is mandatory.
1) Yesterday Form D is real. Means SLNN must file something soon, or they already filed something that is not known to public (is that allowed?) The unregister securities cannot be sold w/o approval from authority body, if securities are sold, means SLNN has met all criteria listed in 505.
2) Yesterday Form D is fake news. No Form D, everything remains in limbo.
Anymore possibilities?
