Just in case you haven't been keeping up, as of the date of those statements the merger or whatever it is has not yet finalized so DL cannot report THEIR revenue on IBRC's financial statements. Maybe IBRC didn't have any revenue in the past 6 quarters. The filings were accepted but are un-audited so when and if they decide to do that will reflect whether they did or did not have any revenue.
