TF- You are correct about the relationship between the reverse split and the stock price. The first thing that happened is more dilution after the reverse split and don't forget the name change from NexMed, Inc to Apricus after the reverse split. The name change happened approximately 3 months after the RS. Damaj did some serious dilution during his tenure at Apricus which parallels his mode at INNV.

I don't think Jtaylor even knew about the RS and name change.
