Stephen Chu getting on the Board is not a important issue that's now in the past his only true goal is to ensure enhancement of shareholder value thru no share dilution and no to limited future Reverse splits

we need to keep pressuring management on the shareholder enhancing fiduciary requirements of the BOD and Management and forget about Stephen Chu on BOD - that was only a minor icing on cake thing

changing the mentality of the BOD & management & waking them up to the dis-satisfaction of shareholders & their need to come up with ethical treatment of shareholders is the one and single goal of Stephen Chu not affecting control of company but like a watchdog group to ensure shareholders are treated as part owners of the company

we need to continue that fight until we hear something positive for shareholders

only together can we make real changes for the benefit of shareholders

the focus needs to be shareholder enhancement not reverse splits to hide the impact of past shareholder value destructions
