#1. Buy dumping shares into the float it increases the number of freetrading shares.
Textbook dilution? No! Just a sneaky way for insiders to dump their shares and clamor as to how the O/S remained the same..... But with 100 million in the float one year ago and 1.1 billion now. It dilutes the value.
