IF oil doesn't bounce, then it's about to puncture three year S and head to new lows. I think oil gets a Temp boost just because it's way OS on daily and weekly oscillators, but I think that pop will be short lived and before the summer is done , oil breaks the lows seen two years ago. The pumping never stopped , the deal reached to cut production was a farce, as every so called deal prior was, because OPEC no longer has he absolute control over the market it used to
