I get that and the only reason noteholders loan money to penny stocks. But there is a difference between this company and other total garbage companies. This company has PRODUCTS and PATENTS and AN ORPHAN DRUG. Note holders are very pissed at this company for some reason because if they waited a few months the discounted shares would be worth a hell of a lot more. They are doing this on purpose do to some bitterness against the company.
