Sorry, that dog doesn't hunt. Reputable CEO's of small exploration mining companies MOTHBALL their companies when they have no money. They just don't keep staff and offices and then continually BLEED their shareholders when nothing is happening. They DON'T keep people like Briscoe's old secretary on in some phony VP of Finance position at $60,000 per year when they have virtually zero work to perform. Those people get laid off. They don't get to get their college degree on the backs of the shareholders.
