Very far from the truth, in my personal opinion. We've seen over 100M+ slapped at 3 and higher within minutes. All it takes is the right PR and we're off to the races again.

Just a few observations to keep in mind:

1) It's nearly impossible to accumulate any 2s at this point

2) The JV with Quality Roofing, Inc. has been confirmed.

From my understanding, many people thought it was not real. Just ask yourself why a multi-million dollar company would associate themselves with EVSV on the main wires if there wasn't any significant upside...

Mr. Jenkins also holds a pretty substantial position in EVSV and sees long term value as well.
