not pumping.... but there may be something to all this buzz about patents.....not necessarily tesla though... who knows..

My last email 2 months ago to management was asking about possible patent infringements .... the reply i got was that it was "a timely email" and that they are were working on that and to let him know if i was aware of anyone violating the patents.

He is a lawyer by trade i think.... so... who knows...there may be something up in regards to that. over all though.... incredibly disappointed in what he has done from a business standpoint.... but it's been brutal on all solar stocks.

Heck, maybe there is something to this buzz about folks wanting/needing their patents.
