L/C let me get this straight your holding shares just so you can be part of a class action lawsuit? Didn't the SEC just come to the conclusion CVM has done nothing wrong. I mean other than run a Ponzi scheme for the past 30 years. I only have 12,000 shares remaining and i'll liquidate those by the end of the month. I held those few shares in hopes of something positive to come out of this mess. With yesterday's HOLD which turned out to be next to nothing. No, don't disclose the SEC findings in some positive manner, better yet do a 2 hr hold and tell us your having trouble going to the bathroom. Possible the worst run company in the history of the stock markets!
