Exactly!!! I was going to mention the 10,000 blocks like you mentioned, but I decided to leave that one alone because there is no proof, other than one 10,000 block we saw the other day on one of those form 4's. I am somewhat convinced that the president is also buying those 10,000 blocks too, it's hard to assume the motive behind why there are 1000 or 10,000 block buys and no form 4's.

That's been going on for a while now, those shares are not restricted, wonder how long he plans on holding them, I think I know what the strategy is here. Those will eventually be sold into the market place with a profit, then allocate the funds to the Presidents account again, then again buys in the open market when we are in the 0.20-0.30 or possibly even 0.50's with form 4's or because he is limited to buying in the open market leading to news and I think he can buy even leading up to the news as long as he doesn't go above the threshold, or he is trying to lock up the float at the same time absorb the dilution. I think it's personal with the President, if you notice, whenever there is a bear raid towards the end the president or decoy keeps tapping the ask.
