They don't have a company to roast their beans.

They lost all the relationships with grocery stores that they had a year ago.

They want to be in the weed business, but they're a year away from a product.

They were heavily in debt with the Q3 report that was filed; it's been 6 months since that timeframe. Since then they got a $2.4 million judgement agains them and have no way to pay it.

This stock is going nowhere.
