I agree but there may be one other factor in L's favor. Remember, apart from checkpoint inhibitor use multiple studies have demonstrated salvage therapy synergies like chemo/rad can be repotentiated with DC treatments. This was not noted with other types of treatment. I expect 1 to 2 months might possibly be added on by way of this option which L would get credit for. Best wishes.
