"There is No Crying in Baseball". The dilution comment does not hunt for me. The market cap is currently approximately $30 Million with potential to go to at least $150 to $250 Million with postive Phase I results and AZN/MSK TPIV 200 Phase II Trail update to be reported shortly. As a result, adding a few million additional shares translates to a few dollars a share on a potential $20 to $25 share price in near future. Have you seen what is going on in the BioTech/Immuno Industry lately, share prices are moving much higher with strong momentum. Also added stability and less distraction comes with the $7 Million of additional financing, overall a good, smart and safe deal.

$13 to $15 Million in cash, $16 to $17 Million in pre-funded, non-dilutive funding from the DOD/MAYO and significant progress to report in the very near future, all for approximately $30M Market Cap, go figure, I am now ready for the Phase II updates and Phase I final results.
