Japanese Candles showing Bullish Harami. BIAS(no guarantee just probabilities) is to an up candle tomorrow (again). I watch the trading all day everyday most people can not. What I see and I do believe XENA will concur is that the down drafts are not by individual traders (123Tom followers or Clay Trader followers) but by High Frequency Trading Algos.
These Algos seem to be running out of steam and that is corroborated by likely very reliable posters who say that short share loans are being returned.
This is all good. Now for those of us us that do TA, XENA is forensic is focus looking for things like whale interest. 123Tom is target focused like possible stopping, pause zones, support and resistance. XENAs are for longer term such as yourself, ie are 'Tutes accumulating? Very helpful.
123Tom is a target zone analyist. What are those Computers thinking they might take the price to? Day Traders and Swing traders do not do the moves, they surf them, as it were. Joe Six Pack day trader does not drop 5000 shares within in 5 minutes on 100 share trades. At $5 each commission per trade would be $250 commission in that 5 min. Then more commission covering . Do some Cats try that? Sure. Highly risky. More likely, and can not tell you for sure is that PROFESSIONAL MARKET MAKERS WITH HFT ALGOS DO IT AUTOMATICALLY OF 100s OF STOCKS SIMULTANEOUSLY. I can watch them flip the switch. I see it is real time, no delay on three separated feeds. ( Which by the way are always some what out of sync but I do not have a Bloomberg terminal)
Someone is keeping it in the channel of course but it is but the followers of 123Tom, Claytrader, JFINN DALLAS or Little Timmy Sikes. (not vouch for the later two who might be organized)
IT IS HFT Trading, ignore it but if need and insight of target to sell if need money or MENTAL ONLY STOP LOSS consult 123Tom. If you want to know if 'whales are in play or other forensic info consult XENA. If interested in what Japanese Candles are saying THE BIAS IS ON DIRECTION DO NOT LISTEN TO ME BUT LEARN YOURSELF BECAUSE IT IS SO FRICKING EASY! It is based on supply/demand and seller/buyer psychology. Many places to learn and it is FUN! (and I found to be fairly reliable.)
