gfp: The market has been so difficult to predict I don't even think Rickards has a clue when or if a significant sell off will occur. He's not alone. Many well respected market gurus have been predicting a crash for years. It never happens. ANy 3 or 4% drop is followed by Billions$$ of overnight futures buying and up, up and away we go. Every advance in gold close to that $1300/ounce level and poof the Central Bank proxies sell a few Billion in paper gold futures and down we go. Until the Central Banks quit colluding and manipulating markets we probably won't see the correction that is so far overdue. Then again, it could happen next week. Nobody really knows.
