BMIC hopefully will lay off the Ask sooner than later. I am not going to say this dilution is a good thing, but with the latest PR and this new adventure, I understand why there has been some dilution. If the company is paying down debt, hiring employees, "working capital" it is a given that there will be dilution. I think Heineman with his experience will do right by street investors as stated in last PR. Hold and accumulate IMO.
