Settling my accounts for 25 million, would be a gift. That 250 Million SEC complainant is a sold complaint and a copy is held by the company, not just the SEC and brokerage. The fact that neither the brokerage or SEC responded to it...is a fraudulent securities act by both parties. Normal settlements range 10-25%. Considering the $275,000,000.00 asset sell by the brokerage in question. I could place a court ordered lean on its ownership and or ENTI could, as the CFO received a copy of the complaint at the time of its filling.

It isn't like there isn't a trail or crumbs... Shorts are Done
