I appreciate your attempt and explaining your belief as to why the case will be set aside. As I suspected, it is off base. No one is expected to present the defense and the claim haha. that is hilarious. I do not believe for one second that a judge would not need evidence to make a ruling; real evidence. Like stock prices, etc. Only TTCM uses coloring books in business, not a judge. Your blind support of this company and the crap they spew is admirable...I suppose.

If you aren't so sure that TTCM/BH was held in contempt, then you obviously did not get all the information and rulings; alternatively, you do not know how to interpret them...which I think is a very, very strong reality based upon your analysis of the matter so far.
