For what it's worth, we had positive news recently - fund acquisitions as well as balance sheet improvement via debt reduction.

They filed 8k for debt reduction, so that's for real. Now we need then to close on two funds and file 8k. That will trigger ton of positive sentiment.

Complain about dilution, but that's another step in balance sheet improvement (via outstanding note decrease).
