We won't debate whether or not the acquisition could ever amount to much. That can be reserved for another time. The problem is that current stockholders are going to get wiped out here. In addition, many of BTDG's recent note activities had reverse split protection language. So they have likely protected themselves and screwed everyone else while they hyped their new business model to the public and enticed it to buy.

These are not honorable people. Total Scumbags might be the most appropriate description.
