7-7-17 and the 11 Trading Days before the REVERSE SPLIT is 100% accurate and the only date that matters. 7-21-17 NEVER COMES into play, if the PPS isn't at $1/share on 7-7-17, so why even dwell on 7-21-17?

And there is only 11 Trading days till the REVERSE SPLIT. So don't see how there was any AMBIGUITY in what RM wrote.
