This, is in addition to the company also filing an objection to this motion.
Nice to see finally someone standing in the way of these fools! This time, it's the independent trustee! Bravo! Can't blame the CEO for this one, folks! lol

What I am hoping for is the judge to reject the hiring of the firm, and then the stooges to pay to appeal the decision to a higher court, and delay the voting! The hearing on this matter is tomorrow.
I'LL ASK AGAIN, for the third time. Think about this! Now why would the 5 Stooges wait until now to try to hire this firm? What are the only two logical reasonable reasons why they would try to hire this firm at such a late date? An experienced knowledgeable investor would know this answer. So far, no one has even tried to take a shot at it!
