Please do share all of their "facts" that provide a valid reason why the judge should set aside the judgment. Pretty please. Not the facts that may have been useful had they simply not ignored the other orders of the court that could have possibly provided a defense, but the actual facts that would get the judgment dismissed. That's all I care about, because if that cant be done I don't give a rats tail about what they should have done had they not dropped the ball (or hid the ball) or that there is a difference of opinion over what the damages were. I can't possibly see the same judge who issued the judgment and who held TTCM/BH in contempt for ignoring her other orders caring much about TTCM/BH now wanting to defend itself and show evidence of why the damages should be different. Please someone prove me wrong, I just want to make my money back and have a shred of hooooopppppppeeeeee.......
