I couldn't stomach Ed's audio update.

I like how he blames Ken Maciora for not filing financials. I'm sure it had nothing to do with the millions of dollars in real estate he purchased under the company and did not report to SEC that was disclosed in the law suit by creditors. Funny how he stopped reporting when that became public.

He says the decision to file again with SEC is about money. No, it's about not filing another SEC financial report with everyone knowing about the real estate.
