I don't think he has the news yet but its coming. I think Wayne took a lot of slack for delays in the opening of the store and delays in the issuance of the divvy shares. Rather than get caught with his pants down dealing with delays again I think Wayne will wait til he has something 100% in concrete to stand on before giving us the next PR as if he does it will boost morale and restore investor confidence that he is working at 100% of his ability.
