IMO Wayne is waiting until GCC acquires its grow facility or delivery distribution business to drop a PR. If people want in at the rock bottom, nows the time to pull the trigger. Once Wayne drops the next PR it will be too late. The next PR should give this enough fuel to get to tha moon.
