If the company is legit, it should trade based on legitimate fundamentals. In order to justify it's present MC, it needs to be shown in it's financials. Anyone taking a hard look at it's filings will see it doesn't.

If trading the ticker, it isn't attracting enough attention to help the sp.

I can't get bunt by a stock I'm not in, btw.
