Good or bad, there are rules that publicly-traded, SEC-reporting companies are supposed to abide by, to create a level playing field. Should Company A (LBSR) be allowed to quote in-ground dollar values (because JB is a wonderful human being?), but Company B should not be allowed to do so?

Maybe LBSR should file a Form 15, and join the ranks of non-reporting companies where anything goes?
