Thx - doesn't always happen but often enough. I trade the index futures but
I have used the same rational when I traded equities -- used the iShares or the 1x, 2x,3x ETFs...
IE the DIA, SPY, QQQ, NDX* etc (I forget the Nasdaq 100 ETF symbol but you get the idea)
