The time to load is before news! No risk here since there is no dilution and no r/s on the horizon. There is nowhere for this to go but up since we all know news will be dropping. I slapped for another 400k on the ask at .0052 yesterday. This stock trades very thinly and will move fast once news starts to flow. I'd rather load now than chase later.
