NEWC FAIILS STOCKHOLDERS AGAIN
It is expected that Campo will be putting out a PR today stating that the serious delinquent 10K and SEC flings should be filed by the end of the month or very soon. Many people were expecting and led to believe that it would be filed today. Unfortunately the SEC still could come in and suspend trading or Revoke NEWC at any time. Time will tell and it appears that NEWC will continue to dilute the stock as much as possible before it gets delisted.
