This clown CEO has always engaged in selective disclosure tactics instead of simply abiding by the SEC's FAIR DISCLOSURE rules and posting all his 2016 financials he claims by private email are supposedly done!

The question then becomes why would a PubCo CEO engage in selective disclosure private email tactics behind the scenes when all he has to do is simply push a button and upload the remaining WNBD 2016 financials on OTC Markets?
