If a billionaire is buying and taking ownership of a company why would he or they put out a press release.

Company filed required sec filings it up to individual investors to be smart and do ther DD and take advantage of a once in a lifetime opportunity.

I would not be surprised to see TMPS uplist to nasdaq. Johan Eliasch is a very aggressive investors he has turned plenty of companies around.
