All of the facts thus far are contrary to what you're suggesting. Why is that? We're only dealing with facts here. It is clear from the legal documents that Morgan has no case unless that case is based upon withholding pertinent information from the court which appears to be what happened.

There was no "equity investment" so how can he justify being awarded anything?

Please explain how you see where an "equity investment" was made that fulfills Morgan's contract. I still don't see it.
