I hit the ask, and the ask was .0092. I'm not giving away my money just because the stock is down, lol.

I only buy when the flippers flip, and it goes below a penny. I'm slowly increasing my shares from 6 to 10M, and my mantra is like everyone else's "buy low/sell high".

You should hit above the ask price, if that is something that you want to do.
