The last time it moved wasn't because of earnings. The news that moved it last time is already factored in. Also the last time it moved was during the 60 day standstill agreement that somewhat limited the amount of dilution. Investors don't have that luxury now.

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
