You got that right... bankruptcies are not fast. Not at all. Also, there are some important things TALK still needs to iron out...ie: getting up to date with their much overdue filings, not to mention figuring out what their official connection is with UMS.

IMO, this thing could drag out for many more months perhaps even years. It wouldn't surprise if TALK is still languishing at these levels by Christmas time.
