Hi Firehorse, could I ask if you think the current stock price is a good valuation of the worth of this company and its assets. Especially the way they kept everyone informed on the news regarding projects. I think there is a reason why the stock price is this low. A fair evaluation of the company and assets worth would at least justify the Merger/ Acquisition price in this transaction. If the price is bargain basement pricing then maybe a class action suit is justified to keep them honest.......as possible. I know they are in deep and this appears to be a lifeline but I wonder how long has this lifeline been in the planning stages. Just like the news we received on the merger acquisition or just about all the other POW business taking place we are on the outside looking in. Just my opinion on this.
